cancellation policies

We require a card on file for all appointments. We do this in order to help protect the income of our stylists and uphold our cancellation policies. You will not be allowed to hold an appointment without an active card on file.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. If such notice is not given we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full service total to the card on file.

In the case of a no call, no show we charge 100% of the full service total to the card on file.

Deposits for 3 hour and 4 hour appointments:

A non refundable deposit is required for 3 hour appointments ($150) and 4 hour appointments ($200). The deposit is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, or more, of the appointment time. Otherwise the deposits are non-refundable. If you no show, you will be charged the correct amount as stated in the above cancelation policy, less your deposit.


Tardiness Policy

We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for the scheduled service, but will receive an abbreviated service. For example: If you are scheduled for an hour but arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the full hour but only receive 45 minutes of treatment.
